Order Processing

Orders placed before 12 noon (GMT) are processed the same day. Orders placed after 12 noon will be processed the next business day.


Tracking and Notifications

Tracking information will be provided via email once the order has been despatched.


Lost or Damaged Items

Please report any lost or damaged items within 7 days of delivery. We will contact Royal Mail for lost item investigations. For damaged items, customers must return the item to us for a refund.

Not Applicable (N/A) as we do not offer international shipping.




Returns Policy


Eligibility for Returns

Digital products and personalised items are non-refundable. Items must be unused and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.


Timeframes for Returns

Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.


Return Process

Customers must send an email to request a return and receive the return address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once the returned item is accepted, a refund will be issued, including the original postage cost.


Refunds

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.


Exchanges

Due to the unique and one-of-a-kind nature of many of our items, we do not offer exchanges.


Non-Returnable Items

Turbans and digital downloads are non-returnable.


Faulty or Incorrect Items

If an item is faulty or not as described, customers are entitled to a full refund, replacement, or repair. Customers must report issues via email, providing details of the fault.


Proof of Purchase

Exceptions and Special Conditions

Sale items, limited edition products, and promotional items may have different return conditions . Partial refunds may be issued for opened or damaged items at our discretion.
